In December, 2003, Chinese Gemological Association Secretary General Sun Fengmin stated at Shanghai international diamond peak forum that, our country has become the world’s artificial gemstone cut and polished processing center, the formation of China’s artificial gemstone cut and polished center represented by Guangxi Wuchow, cause the world’s artificial gemstone processing, and production to shift with emphasis to our country.
